What is a Chinese Hot Pot?
A Chinese Hot Pot is the most communal way of sharing a great meal with friends. It's a bit like an indoor BBQ. A giant bowl filled with a boiling soup base sits in the middle of the table. You and your friends dip fresh meat and vegetables into the soup, cook it and eat it.

What goes in it?
Anything and everything goes in the Hot Pot. Fresh beef, chicken, pork, prawns, herbs and spices, spring onions, coriander, ginger, chinese mushrooms, what ever takes your fancy.

What's in the soup?
The soup base is often a simple Chinese spice mix, but variations can range from vegetarian to a flaming spicy Fire Pot. Let us know what mood you're in and we'll tailor to your tastes.
